So -- Why US?

I get asked occasionally, so here's the drill -- why should you host with us, or have us design your web site?

Okay, we're a small company.  We know that.  This brings with it advantages and disadvantages.  You're not going to have a big flock of consultants and support staff to deal with.  This is both good and bad.  If you call, you'll most likely get me- the head consultant and web hosting guy.  So you are never going to get shuffled to the first-level support people.  On the other hand, there's not a lot of staff to go around.  But we do a good job at being responsive. If your domain name transfer has gone astray, or you're having trouble with your web site, we're just not going to ignore you.  You'll get help from us if there's any help to be found.

We have a small (but growing) set of servers, hosted in Eau Claire, WI.  In a corporate grade data center, with really good connectivity.  We monitor everything 24/7.  If you want to see the performance graphs for your server, just ask -- we don't hide 'em. 

And we love nonprofits and government - that's almost all we do.  We'll give you a fair deal -- not the lowest rates in the world, but fair, and we work really hard at providing good support. We know Drupal, and we know about hosting Drupal.  Let us help.  And 5% of all of our Drupal hosting goes to the Drupal Association, so you're helping the Open Source cause as well by hosting with us.
