Redo some menu work

Look into possibility of multi-line menus in YUI - this looks hopeless, particularly integration with the drupal menu system.

Look at options for building a yahoo-groups like environment - this all is too messy to do in this contract - it would require IMAP boxes, and Sympa, and a number of other items.

Send out email re: scope creep.
